corsair h80 but i remmond changing the fans to sythe gentle typhoons 1850rpm
Is it easy to change the fans? sorry im a noob
very! they don't come pre-assembled so just assemble with the new fans
I have a H60 and personally the fan that came with it is dead quiet
Oh OK, sooooo you have to assemble the kit yourself?
Is it easy to do for mechanically challenged people like myself? I have zero tradie skills, a screw driver is a foreign object to me.
The water cooling loop comes assembled, only need to attach the fana
OK, is it easy to mount in the case?
I'm tossing up between the H80 and the Noctua D14 to put in a Fractal R3 case, which do you think will be a reliable cooling system for a 24/7 PC.
Anyone put a h60 into a CM690 yet? Was reading back a page or two and I know the h80 was discussed but want to see if there will be any issues with space.
/Yeah I'd like to know if anyone has put a H80 in a Fractal 3
If your case has a 120mm rear fan or top fan, you're set, it all should fit very easily.
Well given that the H80 is about the same size as a 120mm fan except twice as fat, it should.
You're forgetting that the radiator is not the same size as a fan.
Often the top and bottom of the radiator will clash with the roof/frame or pci i/o frame.
But I only had a little trouble with the 8-pin connector being in the way. Depends on your case though.
Fan | rad | fan
Just finished, Plenty of room.
Picture if possible??
Tried putting the H80 into the silverstone tj08-e and it didnt fit with the mobo I had.
Have to the cut mesh at the back and mount the 2nd fan externally
Cool, how did you find it to install? easy?
Corsair H80 $112.91 AUD delivered from Amazon USA, cheaper by $40 than any local price hmmmmmm might grab it.... Would of been cheaper if the OZ dollar didn't crap itself.
Anyone planning to get H100?
