Courier for Drumkit

    Nice kit, that's about the minimum standard that I would want. Those "heads" feel like you're hitting the real thing!

    I was looking at getting a TD-20K, but the module sounds are quite outdated since it was released in 2004. This is the TD-30K, which was released in 2012. The sounds are a lot more realistic than it's predecessor. Makes sense being 8 years newer, but it doesn't match samples from the latest VSTi software. I looked at getting the TD-50K, but those kits cost beyond 6k, so this is fine. I can always upgrade the module to something like a Peal Mimic Pro down the track. As you mentioned, the heads/pads are quite good.

    It's a lot of fun! I've had some success using it as a midi input for the game Phase Shift playing covers. It's a nice change from playing guitar.
