i cant be the only one to think of flipping them if given the chance right?
fortitec coming soon .
i would consider selling my minable 3080 if a Ti variant comes out that can't be mined on.
1k for a midrange gpu lul this is insane
depends on how much more people are willing to pay for a mineable card? ide swap my card for a for a new 3090.. (ti cash my way) lol
ill get a 3080 Ti regardless, haha, trying to source a 3090 for the lols, wanna try WC one, and retire this 2080 Ti.
do it, get one
always had Ti's, so as a fool ill buy another. mining none mining doesnt bother me.
There is a 3080 up for grabs at the moment:
ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3080 10GB White - $2,159
Your 2080TI would be earning you half a case of beer a day.
I was tempted for a moment to upgrade my 3070... pass that down to my son and sell the 2060 Super he's currently running... but then over two grand on a video card hurts my sense of rationality (that said I'm slowly saving for the next series of cards with a view to move up to a xx80 or even xx90 series card depending on just how much I've set aside by whenever then is.
Probably not a bad price right now all things considered. How much is the average second hand 3080 selling for these days?
Here was me thinking $3400 was expensive when i bought my Asus Strix GeForce RTX 3090 OC a few months ago,now i noticed today pccasegear and scorptec are selling same card for $3999 thats insane.
$3400 WAS and still should be considered expensive
$3999 is just alot more expensive
Both are silly prices for a GPU
Karma is a bitch.
One of my 3060's just dies. Purchased in March. It was throwing a few rejected shares from day one but it gamed well and was in my daughters machine.
She went to start it yesterday and I got the dreaded "Dad, my PC won't start." Her machine is an i5-8400 based system.
Plug it into different machine and it isn't detected by Windows. Nothing in Device manager and if I put it as a single machine just a blank screen on startup.
Will RMA with supplier.
I blame my arrogance.
Mine is doing that.. 3 rejected shares over night..
Does that mean there's an issue?
No, if it is hundreds then there is an issue.
Atleast you have warranty hehehe. Electronic can fail out of no where.
2 days ago all of my rigs threw 100 % invalid share because ethermine validate software problem.
Dude here selling an MSI 1070 Ti for $650 on Facebook. I bought this exact same card last year for ~$500.
Sweet! My 1080Ti must be worth at least $1200!
MSY's online store only shows six 3xxx series cards in stock.
Their price for the 3080? A modest $3,500.
And that's crazy video card pricing!
