i thought you were referring to the delays. Yeah not a lot out there as dedicated - maybe Sony first party and some others but you are spot on.

yeah, i'm not seeing any delays - but at this point in time nothing would surprise anyone.

Well, it might be worse now. I tried calling the guys that I hired and they said that while they understand:
    1. they are already on their way to Poland; and
    2. it is a matter of honour that they always finish the job. Always.

Is there any sort of indication what kind of CPU would be better for this? Is it the same engine as the Witcher 3? Did that run better with 6 cores vs 4?

Game will no doubt be optimised for decent threaded support in lieu of the next gen consoles etc...

    I think I have decided my next plan of attack - LG 65" CX OLED + PS5 + Cyberpunk 2077 >> PC upgrade / 30" Monitor

something weird is happening to me, i'm getting the feeling that i might skip this day one something that i don't often do with big huge MUST play titles. I figure this will be game of this year and next easily.

    reasoning.

    1) 3080 launched too close to the game. Now some might say, why is this an issue? Mostly because I really would rather wait for the Ti or Super models. I did buy a 980 for TW3 - always wished i had a Ti.
    2) next gen consoles, also why is this an issue? Mostly because I don't buy launch consoles, they are hideously bad value, also launch models aren't normally the one that you want - see the 3080 example above.

The things that will save the game for me, 1080Ti can still keep up.
    Cyberpunk 3080 bundle.

Damn you nvidia, amd, microsoft, sony and CDPR! Damn you all to hell.

I've got an essay due for my Masters the week it comes out, I've already got an enforced delay! Gets me to the first bug patch hopefully.

It seems to me that if your essay was on the subject of Cyberpunk 2077 there's no issue? It's research for the paper!
