How does calling out a whinging crybaby that keeps crying that an unreleased game is going to be shit have anything to do with SJW? Mate if you've somehow played the game and didn't like it, fair enough that's a valid opinion. Sure you don't like witcher series that's valid assuming you've actually played the game rather than just watching a few gameplay videos like you've done with CP2077. Also CP is a totally different game from the witcher...so possibly save your rants until you're actually tried it?

exactly, when i play a game in a genre which is an explicit criticism of capitalism and wealth inequality i want it to be free of social commentary damn it.

HaHa, I actually frequent some of the more woke corners of the internet and a lot of people are super mad at CDPR about some transphobic elements of the game and some shitty Tweets they made. Not to mention the labor issues and crunch.

You’ll be joining a whole lot of SJWs in giving this game a miss.

All 5 of them can sit in the corner and make more boxes to put people in while the rest of us have a good time.

Ok. You go in that corner, and you go in that corner. Not a peep out of you or you, or both of you lose your game privileges for 1 week. Eat your breakfast and put your school uniforms on.... and not a peep.

Oh sorry, this was beginning to sound like a typical morning at my house with my 4 & 6yr old :p

Made me chuckle for truth :p

Lol the whole "crunch" issue is irrelevant since CDPR is in Poland and over there its a legal requirement to be paid for all overtime worked unlike the horror stories in the US and Canada ( *cough* Bioware, Rockstar *cough*). So the workers doing the extra crunch hours are getting paid and receiving a share in 10% of the games profits.

Crunch isn’t just an issue around pay. It’s also about workers health and well-being and wether they get to see their families. Couldn’t pay me enough to have to constantly work 80hrs a week.

yes and apparently no-one likes it.

i dunno when i work hard to get a project over the line i'm there for it, and so are many other people. there's always the outliers who are too afraid to say anything until well after the fact.

It's trolling pure and simple. He wants a reaction. Anyone who has made a cursory look into this game can see it contains characters of many races, there are even Japanese, Haitian/Dominican and Latino-specific gangs.

If you believe in a project, are committed to it, 80hrs isn't that bad..

Spare a thought for people who work in the mining industry and then get shit canned for earning $180k+ -- yet many of them still have up to 4:1 rosters. 4 weeks x 12hrs and then just 1 week back.. Away from all your support, family and working in some of the most remote and inhospitable areas of Australia... So yeah 80 hr week for a few weeks before a project is due is nothing. As others have said, with their bonus incentives they are committed to it financially as well as spiritually.. I know I couldnt do a 4:1 roster FIFO.. heck 2:1 would be hard enough - I have major respect for all those who work in that industry.

Further most of them a Polaks, they are not afraid of hard work!

the thing i remember the most is they hired Hollie from PS Access to do all the presentation work and got her to dye her hair blonde and wear super white makeup.
