    Like Dreakoth said, his right.

    I too also plug the pumps in and tilt around a bit. Or for my latest build with 2x PMP-450 in series i just turned them on maximum speed and watched over 9 trillion air bubbles form and left it for 48 hours. Topping up when I could be bothered.

    cant see any air locks
    is that a big bubble in the gpu or just the cover???
    gpu only loop?
    any idea of the flow rate?
    does the res to pump tube stay full when its running?

    yes it's running, No that's part of the GPU block, you can see the cpu block in the bottom pic, No idea of flow rate how would I tell? yes it's full while running.

    I would have half a mind to check that the pump isnt vibrating on the case?? doesnt look like theres any dampening under the right side it.

    Also, may be an idea to just try tightening all the screws on that top (dont overtighten!) to make sure none are loose, remember that each screw should have about equal pressure
