The sound track is also shaping up to be fantastic.

yes it is, i've been super impressed with how good it's been in all the preview material and it barely gets a mention.

i'll probably hit that up after i've played the game (i was aware of it), i prefer not to engage with too much media that's in the game beforehand. i like to have it come at me fresh during the experience.

Dodging spoilers is getting trickier by the minute. Can I make it unscathed until Friday?

Hopefully the Internet is distracted by RDR2 on PC, and we can all enjoy this in peace. :)

I don’t use social media so just been staying lite on YouTube content and keeping busy playing The outer worlds.

My physical copy tracking says it left Amazon's Sydney warehouse. Nothing in the PO Box today (I heard a few Zelda orders arrived a day early).

Hopefully I can get an early mark off work tomorrow!

[edit] Got the notice it's at the post office. Now watching the clock...

Managed to book in the living room TV to play this instead of my normal gaming monitor

Wife is home today so she'll chuck the disk in to do whatever installs and updates it needs to do so I can jump right in when I get home :leet:

I'm about to trundle off to get petrol and buy a copy, but I'm doubtful of my ability to play it much with a 10 week old (though it's going be easier than trying to find time to sit in front of my PC).

Thoroughly loving this game. Lots of interesting concepts like, negotiating terrain and managing your cargo is a gameplay loop unto itself, and there's zero negative interactions between players. It's all positive uplifting helpful stuff. Honestly, I could play without ANY combat and still enjoy myself.

They did a screening of Fifth Element in the Valley a few months back. Love seeing these old sci fi films on the big screen.

    One word: Kojima.
