    Hey everyone,

    Wondering if there's anywhere or anyone in Australia that offers deliding service for processor?

    I want to get my 6700k delidded but not confident to do it myself.

    Hi all, just found this thread. Is anyone offering delid for Ryzen? Specifically 2400g? No preference in terms of location, can post / pay for return postage.

    I've got a der8auer Delid Die Mate 2 so I'm happy to do anyone's 115X CPU's in Sydney (2567 to be specific) :thumbup:

    Done a few recently but you can check out some of my earlier work here.

    Just shoot me a PM if you're interested.

    I can vouch for headin2001. He did my 6700K a few weeks ago, my temps have gone down 25c (were about 80c) when gaming and sits around 28c at idle.

    I'll definitely be getting my next cpu delidded by him.

    Is it worth doing this for an 8700k with just a Noctua or do you need to look at closed loop stuff at a minimum?

    I reckon it's worth it if;

    You are replacing the stock TIM with liquid metal

    You are overclocking and you are not satisfied with temperatures.

    You are not using a stock cooler

    You don't change your CPUs often.
