What day / time did you order?
did you get a notification when it shipped or you gotta constantly check order status on their website?
Email notification only came after a hour or so, Order page status updated first.
Did you jump on the 37% work program or the 27% student program?
Mine was ordered same day 3:10pm
ordered mine around the same time too, maybe a tiny bit earlier right after I got home from work lol, if it gets cancelled I'll proba still even buy this thing at full price if it reviews well, dream specs of mine for like 5 years lol.
Sweet! Yeah, there was probably a LOT of orders between you purchasing and me purchasing, especially since it got some OzB glory. Will see how I go over the next week I guess. Haha
Yeah nah at full price I’d just wanna get a 48” OLED. Bahaha … $1500 is the sweet spot. I wish wish it was 38” but I think 34” would be fine. Haha
is screen burn in still a concern with qd-oled?
The possibility of burn-in isn't eliminated by QD-OLED, saying that the dell order came with 3 year premium panel warranty (covers burn in as well)
48" oled is too large, gotta share the desk with the mrs, otherwise I'd probably already be onboard the c1 ship lol
I'm trying to decide whether to go solo 34", side by side 34", or stacked. Whats the thought process on stacked?
stacked = nice FOV, also less desk footprint going up vs across.
The only time you'd avoid one or the other is if you start developing neck cramps!
for me perosnally, stacked is the way to go due to not having horizontal desk space. Like rg144 said to avoid neck cramps, looking from one corner to the other. Unless you have a very deep desk.
Got a good recommendation for a stacked monitor mount? Im sold. I find the double width 34" 34" too much at work.
I don't think, in either case, you'll be avoiding neck cramps. Excessive looking up/down left/right will do that. Haha
Sell the monitors asap = Avoid neck cramps lol
have a couple lying around if you're interested & in melb (for vertical).
What kind of oled tech is it? Qdoled?
