Linus said in his review that LG are supplying the VESA mounts for free, so check with them directly.

I want the monitor badly, but my current triple U2412M system on Ergotech is good enough I'm not desperate. So I'll be waiting for a decent deal on it.

That sounds uncool about LG not have a clue.

Another point of consideration for the VESA adapter for the LG is that it makes the monitor stick out by a fair amount. So for someone using a triple screen stand, this could potentially require the arms to be wider.

I will already have to update my Ergotech stand with wider arms to fit a 34" in the middle. Looks like I'll be waiting for the prices to come down, if the U3415W aligns anywhere along the LG. It's just speculation at this point, however, so we need to wait and see.

Not sure what they used there, but the shipping version is height adjustable.

Has Dell announced a flat version at all? I don't really like curved displays and suppose it would be cheaper.

Price quoted in that article was JPY 109,980 which is about $1100AU.
I would certainly buy one if it was in that price bracket!

I had work hit them up last week about pricing, and they came back with 'December'

If its the same price as the non-curved LG I'll grab it on Day 1

    I came across a video:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0C_o4CDH134

Video quality isn't that fantastic, however it does give a far better impression of the curve than what can be gathered from static images.

Mate, this monitor simply looks amazing.

If that's the end price for us then that's actually not too bad.
