Dell Monitors: AW2521H, AW2721D, AW3821DW

Unpacked and installed mine yesterday, been using it since last night. It's pretty awesome.
Things to keep in mind - 1. It's pretty large. 2. It does not support Dell Display Manager (I have two other AW monitors which do). 3. It does not support PbP or PiP.
You will be pushing 6million pixels, so look at the specs for games running in 4k resolution for a ball park. My i9/3080 will run full screen high res New World without problems, but will go up and down from 65fps in crowded areas to 115fps in the wilderness but starts hitting 98-99% gpu. Running a video at the same time on a different monitor is sketchy at times.

3840x2160 = 8294400
3840x1600 = 6144000

you’re 2 million pixels short

 

It's still a decent approximation for performance.

 

Yeah, you are right. My figures are wrong. I was thinking of the Samsung g9 res, which was my other choice.

 

bascially if your rig can run 4k @60fps.... i assume everything else is just cream on top going back to 1600p

 

It’s a 25% difference and could be the difference between playable or unplayable. On my 6900XT I can get over 100fps on this screen, in all games that I play.
