I'm pretty excited about I love QD's and David Cage's games - here's hoping he can push them even higher than what we got on the PS3. TBH this is one of the devs I've been waiting with baited breath to see what they'd do.

Quantic Dream's android Kara comes alive in PS4 exclusive Detroit

Also, I swear that's Valorie Curry from NBC's "The Following" in the trailer as Kara?

Yup, IMDB page confirms she was Kara in the original short http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2038170/

Oh man my wife is going lose her shit over this. She loved the Kara tech demo and always wanted to know what happened (even though it was a tech demo) and now she gets answers.

EDIT: Yep she wigged out over the news.

Heavy Rain was the game that convinced me to get a PS3. Looking forward to this.

Sooo excited. The story in the 7 min tech demo was stunning. Its amazing how quickly you can develop a fascinating and involving character from a tech demo.

In their own way I've enjoyed all of Cage's games including B2S.

Well maybe not Omikron (but I loved the idea of Omikron - I bought it when it came out).

His games are all a little flawed in various ways but I've enjoyed them nonetheless.

there's decapitations, a chick gets their jaw ripped off, or a guy get's hooked through the bottom of the jaw and drown in their own blood...yeah, it's quite gory. there's gotta be a video of all deaths.

no, totally different studio. UD is well made and the game mechanics really play into the genre of choice: the campy teen horror.

UD is pretty much his wet dream.

Really, the reviews didn't mention that UD had a Cage vibe - maybe I'll actually think about getting the game now.

I have no idea how UD is somehow in anyway QD-esque.

Hell keen for this. I have thoroughly enjoy every Quantic Dream title. Omikron the Nomad Soul is still one of my all time favourite games.

Newest E3 trailer has me lukewarm now, I prefer the previous one. More Kara please.

I hope the choices pan out into vastly different plays. The only problem with all of quantics previous games is that your choices mostly just effect the end cinematic that's all

I hope its not a pile of shit like their last game. Loved Fahrenheit and heavy rain, but beyond was pretty garbage. Was really hyped for it because of the acting (Willem! squeee!), but could never stay interested long enough to ever finish it. This is looking pretty good. Looking forward to pressing x to Jason all over the place. Like the look of the investigative gameplay. Although I can see Connors totally flat delivery of every single line getting a bit grating over a number of hours.

Had a run of the E3 demo on a PS4 Pro today. It's a David Cage game alright. If you like Heavy Rain/Beyond Two Souls then this will be an easy recommend.
