I am so goddamn excited. It's been known to be in the works for a while but still super pumped to hear it's officially happening. A bit part of my joy is hearing Michael McCann is doing the music again, such a massive part of the atmosphere of DX:HR.

Time to redownload for another playthrough this weekend :)

For the love of god they need to take a page from Metal Gear and make the knock out time limited. On easier difficulties sure you can make it infinite but for harder modes make it time limited so you need to make sure you are moving at a good pace to not get caught by the guy you knocked out a few minutes ago.

Yeah I hope the put all the detail and dedication into the rest of the city that they put into Jensen's apartment in the first game.

I found the actual city to be a little lacking in HR, not a complaint just an observation.

One thing I hope they don't do is a DLC that fits in between 2 in-game missions again, that was a bit of a dick move.

Wouldn't mind if it played like an enhanced splinter cell blacklist.

While I appreciate the art direction taken, I feel if they do not somehow revisit the 2000 Deus Ex they will forever churning out games that are slightly better than rest. More focus needs to be on creating new IP's and interesting stories that have not told as of yet.

Just watched some HR cinematic trailers for reference. You're not some invincible killing machine they make you out to be. In fact, running into a group of soldiers the way he does in the announcement trailer for MD would likely get you killed in the original game.

Maybe they'll make melee combat a more viable tactic in this one?

The gap between Human Revolution's announcement trailer and its release was a little over a year - with delays. A late 2015 release for Mankind Divided sounds sensible.

So, bosses were taken into consideration as something that bothered a lot of HR players it seems.

Bosses were annoying in HR. You're all setup to ghost, oh boss fight :thumbdn:

Why even go that angle. This entire genre was orinigally penned as an open world conspiracy game. What is this sneaky shit? Dues ex turning into the thief franchise. Thief franchise turning into medieval dues ex with all its conspiracies and shit. They need to swap thier story writers. I want my GEP gun back

    Um...

These three quick notes are seen in the training level, and help to introduce basic gameplay mechanics to the player.
