I had a few bits and bolts ready for the next curb side collection. I always wanted one of these so I turned my junk into my treasure

I set a budget of $100 for the car seat and other misc consumables
I ended up spending $75 dollars for the seat being the most expensive item at $45, some spray cans, screws and bolts that I did not already have.

    The transformation:

Once I get some time to tidy it up a bit I will post a pic of the finished product.

    Thanks for having a peek!

Cool little project, something I've always wanted to do myself. What are your favourite sims?

Ideally, I'd love to build myself a replica A-10 cockpit, as my stick and throttle are based on those found in an A-10  In saying that I've been trying to get my head around Falcon BMS as I've always loved the F-16, shame it's such a buggy POS. If only DCS released an F-16, I guess the next best thing would be the F-15C they have, or I could just settle into a life os CAS and COIN in an A-10 ;)

That sounds like serious fun! I am looking forward to reading about it here soon
They do not make em sims like they used to

Until then enjoy the view from my ghetto retro guillotine featuring:

    - a cup holder
    - side table to mouse on
    - bling bling

Do the DOS games even work with the modern controllers??? I remeber pouring many hours into a dos flightsim called TFX. Also the original Commanche game was awesome.

The controller works with games running on dosbox.
