I agree. Although I finished Origins first, and went onto DA2. Even though it wasn't as good, obviously a rushed release, it was still an enjoyable RPG. And that's coming from someone who is an avid FPS gamer. Frostbite looks very impressive in Inquisition. Can't wait!
I gave 2 a go long after release with dlc etc packed in and just couldn't stand it, it was like a cheap knockoff of the real thing. Hope 3 is awesome.
Not comparing it to 1, it's still very weak, shallow & quite lightweight in rpgness as well. Even on its own it sucked imo.
DA1 was my favorite, i clocked maybe 250 hours on it with all the expansions and modding. I'm played DA2 for about 6 hours and never looked back.
There's been some more information released. http://forum.bioware.com/topic/497878-official-xbox-magazine-dragon-age-inquisition-preview/ There's some good information on regions, companions and customisation etc. Points of note: and The dialogue wheel was introduced to make it clearer as to what the intended response would be. That didn't work so they added icons to help. That didn't work either so now they've had to add 2 additional wheels.... what was wrong with the traditional full text options again?
haha QFT. I also think the jar of bees should be replaced with a jar of wasps so that it can be used more than once.
I think the jar of bees should be inside the Xboner and PS4 collectors editions. seriously though, jar of bees?? development meeting - hay guys so these new consoles can do particle effects now how can we show that off - random dev, I dunno bees? - marketing - bees! brilliant!. what's next, goats?
Better pre-order so I get parts of the game that should of been in there anyway. Wonder if they take out vital story components and flog them as DLC, ME3 style?
haha welcome to the female gamer experience So they confirmed that all companions would come with the game not added as DLC, which is nice. I'm really looking forward to the new one. Waiting now to see when the Collector's edition is available.
