    One for the Sparkies

Q1: Can you have dual switches and dimmers for the same lights??

Q2: with bluetooth enabled led fixtures does one still require a light switch??

Q1. Yes, but basic dimmer's work only at one switch/end. If you use 2 it will never be able to be brightened from other location. The more advanced versions such as C-BUS lighting controls can allow dimming from multiple locations.
Q2. Depends on the device but in my opinion one should always be installed as an override. Lost remote, flat batteries etc...

I look at it as a point of isolation, you need to be able to turn off the light to change a lamp. You aren't going to turn off the breaker just to do that.
