Sorry it doesn't work for me.

Her lips need to parted a bit to make it more sensual. I think the main thing for me is that the 'dirty' look doesn't translate to 'sexy'. Not sure if that's what you wanted but that's what I perceived.

Yeah, the hair, makeup and photography are great. I just think the model isn't cute enough to pull it off

Looks very similar to some David Bowie photos. I first thought it was a female but the more I look at I'm just not sure.
