Really only keen on the lens, but the body as well makes it worthwhile if I got it for his starting bid or there about, it might be worth the risk considering the low rank and the negative feedback.

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/160640977882?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_500wt_1156

Plus it has been listed before in February (this alone makes the alarm bells go off). This was his reply when I asked about it.

"Yes, It´s the same camera. The seller ultimately I do not buy it.Thank you for you question"

Might be all good, but you have to be cautious in some cases. If thing do go sour, will ebay and or Paypal help get your money back.

Just thought I'd throw it out there for some comment and experiences.

Edit: Should add that I have had a pretty good run thus far with past and (many) present dealings.

    Thanks, Terry.

I'd be more worried about overspending than getting ripped off... Doesn't seem like it's cheap enough to warrant buying from EU to me...

feedback seems ok not some cheap 1 dollar items just to get the numbers up, just keep in mind is it an amount you can afford to lose? paypal can help but not allways.

I think as a complete kit it would be worth it at the starting bid. I was searching for a 50mm CF and this came up in the search. The price of some of the 50mm lens on their own was making me think it would be deal at the starting bid.

Pretty cheap, I think I paid $700 for my 50mm. I still wouldn't risk it. KEH comes with 6 months warranty now I think too.

Very dependent on the seller I'd look at some of the bigger us second hand dealers on eBay

The negative feedback happened in April and translates as

" wins the bid and will not send, says he confused with the minimum price "

Pricing up the back, body and lens from KEH ends up being like $US1300, so add on like $60 for shipping and and you've got the same thing from a reputable place for $1360 (and less for whatever the AUD is at vs the USD).
