That was before the netcode updates. At that point in time everyone was raging about desync already, the video just lit a fire under their asses to fix it, thank god. It's still nowhere near a custom 128tick csgo server, but nothing is these days, and cs netcode had its own issues that tickrate didn't make up for. I get annoyed about bendy bullets less in tarkov now than I do in both fortnite and pubg though. I don't think it is because they have better netcode, I think it is just because the pacing and style of the game means that netcode impacts it less. We'll see if I feel the same way once the insane aimpunch is reduced with the coming patch though.
