    Mmm Coffee.

I was taking some test shots for a project I have in mind, and thought this one turned out nice (both the photo and the coffee!).

Mmm coffee. Taken with a 1000D, 18-55mm IS Kit Lens + 430EX II Flash.

Coffee machine is a Rancilio Silvia.

It's a bodum glass. You can buy them from homewares stores.

I like it! I can almost smell it when I look at it ;)

My only critique is to maybe give the stainless steel a bit of a polish so it doesnt have those water stains on it, I find them a little distracting

I really like the bleakness of it, because i can think about the strongness of the coffee.

Just taking a sip of one for the arvo.. nomnom.

    Mmmmmm.

Reckon you could do better lighting it though, nice big white reflector would do the trick.

I love my Rancilio Silvia.

I think you need to get some stainless polish out before the next photo. ;)

+1 yeah the machine just looks like a dark postapocalyptic future, might be nice to play around with the liquid more to see what other vibes you get?
