Hmmm.. Not sure if your AMD can handle it
I am impressed that you got past the first page. (only 50% do according to my hit counter). You are above average AND you like my jokes. You are a top person.
This site is full of top people
As the grunts say in World of Warcraft II - "Ready to serve..."
Naw, but I can do strange stuff with cornstarch.
Top people = 3
Top people 3 -1 (+1/2)
Toilet humour. Did you see Kenny (the film, not Southpark).
I appreciate that the Queens English might not be your first language so here is a short cartoon that explains the fine device invented by Nikola Tesla.
This is the device with the rotating arm. My photographer stood on top of the shipping container to take the shot looking down.
You sir......... are awesome
How loud is all that, i suspect very.
Wouldn't mind some HD videos of the tesla in action.
You didn't happen to create a device for The Real Transported Man, did you?
The awesomness of your backyard Tesla coily spark generator thingy of doom is killing me here.
We urgently need to have a Perth OCAU meet at your place!!!
I'll bring the marshmallows!
I can see it now...
"Mass suicide in Perth backyard using homemade electrical execution device."
I'll bring the beer..
Is the 12V motor powered by a battery? Have you had any problems with motors getting fried by the coil output?
Well, what the hell else are you going to do on a Friday night?
Cool, next time you meet someone you really don't like.. just dump a drum of liquid nitrogen over their head, get your 9mm pistol out, say "As ta la vista, Baby" and pull the trigger.
With you and Goth in our midst, Australia should never fear terrorism.
I love both of you.
oh come on. This is IS a wizard!
I have about 6 neighbours within 300 yards so and I have invited them to see my stuff when I have my open
day in November. I don't do this every night. The capacitor discharge stuff is the main problem because it sounds
like (and has the same energy as) a high powered rifle.
Red Alert is still my wifes favourite game even over Halflife, Tomb Raider, Max Payne. Nothing to do with the TC's
though which she tolerates grudgingly.
I wouldn't mind some too. I am still not very adept at videos unlike photos which I am fast at processing.
I take over 5000 per year and about 1 in 10-20 are good enough to make it to the web site.
I didn't get to see Prestige unfortunately. Busy making tanks to rush Canberra.
The Tesla coil on my index page is actually in Scitech in Perth although rather dumbed down and only run for a few
seconds at a time. I live 200k south of Perth where I am working on replenishing the ozone layer.
I used a 9.6V Nicad pack but it got toasted. I swapped it for a 12V SLA which I covered in alfoil and no problems.
Weeknights are still at work for me. Currently 60 - 70 hours so only limited time for fun. I have to have a very clear
idea of a project and work fast to get it going, photographed, placed on my site and on my usual 4HV forum
and occasionally elsewhere like here.
It takes a minute or so to freeze a banana properly so a human should be nicely done in an hour.
Then you can shoot him but if he is a T3 he will still come back to get you.
Unfortunately they may have the perfect defense against a Tesla coil - a grounded piece of copper wire
Have you ever tried to reanimate dead body parts? This post reminds me of the movie Bride of Frankenstein.
Do you have a need to reanimate one of your body parts?
Well....i dont think id want it connected to a tesla coil Dr Frankenstein.
Going through your website has given me spark-envy.
I built a Jacob's Ladder a few years back (which I though was cool) and that thing generates sparks that can only jump about 4 to 5 measly pathetic tiny centimetres through the air...
Let's see if I can find some instructions on teh internetz on building a home-brew ghetto Tesla coil...
