Kinda disappointed USSF44's been pushed back to next year. I thought we had two falcon heavy launches before the end of the year, looks like they're both pushed back to next year now :(

Been aaaaages since the last one. Also still no updates on the extended fairing, either. EDIT (other than that both nasa and space-force/nsa appear to be content that it'll be ready when they need it)

That's correct, both the delay to USSF44 and USSF... I'm going to get this wrong cause I've not got the schedule in front of me, but 53? fifty something anyway, both delays are because space force and the payload manufacturers are behind schedule. *jingle music* It's a boeing/northrop-grumman/lockheed-martin/maxarr thing *jingle music*

Apparently now they've added USSF-67 to the launch manifest for next year, there are *five* falcon heavy launches scheduled for 2022 :)

I guess they're going to be busy making boosters again

(EDIT - That is USSF-44 and USSF-52 which were originally meant to go this year, USSF-67, Viasat-3, and the NASA Psyche probe)

Another successful re-entry and landing for crewed Dragon, returning Astronauts from the ISS:

(featuring some sweet ground tracking camera footage of atmospheric re-entry!)

Despite how routine this has become, I'll never stop watching them.

Same here. I lean my chair back, whisky in hand, feet on my feet seat (yes I have one, yes it's very old ha:) ) and watch the entire sequence.
It brings me joy we're getting the chance to see all this new space activity.

I'm think I'm going to put in for a day of leave from work when this launches.
I have got to see this orbital test flight as it happens.
