That sounds like it would be an offline or instanced version of the gameworld for mods.

You're not on Origin any more, Toto.

I'm in the market for a new RPG, I'm just not sure that I'm up for another Fallout. Maybe I'll take the earlier advice and give Kingdom Come: Deliverance a crack and wait to see what Starfield does.

Not that excited to play this. If you can kill other players, then its gonna be like Rust or GTA online where you're constantly getting murdered for no reason. Also, If it they do what GTA online does where if you go into a private session or passive, you can't do missions, I'm not gonna be touching this game.

Who wants to join my ‘Hills have eyes’ mutant canibal inbread Family roleplay??

I plan to run a outback red rocket service station trade depo/gift shop but really just capture me some slaves and let them starve in my dungeon and survive off there corpses.

as long as there is more service for us SP peeps than ESO.

If I can ignore the MP the same way I can ignore FO4 building or TW3 gwent i'll be happy.

After listening to uncle Tod, this is ESO, just set in the FO world.
I don't play or want a ESO, so I see no reason to bother with this, also, is there any reason they won't introduce subscription charges at some point?

    One thing that would be handy is a perk or simply a given bonus in the form of a high speed sprint or something that would enable you to flee a group of 3-4 real players, especially if they strongly out level you{solo players only}

Another thing that would concern me is how easy it'd be for players to constantly destroy any base/settlement building you've done as they can snipe away the outer resistance and then go in for the kill.

One more thing, doesn't sound like the PC has any chance of a FO3 remaster, which is annoying as the game looks epic with better textures and runs like a turd on newer systems.
It ran beautifully on my old 4850/6850 dual core PC's hahahaahaha, but a real PITA to get working on my current system.

So BGS make a online only game cause that's what the fans want?
Can't say I've noticed any such outcry, iow, they must be planning to introduce subscriptions, otherwise why not build a proper SP with Co op.

Get ready to empty your wallets.

Then just don’t play it then! Sounds like there making the game because they want to and guess what they can!
Just cause your a big fallout fan doesn’t mean you can demand the game that YOU want them to make.

It’s too soon for another core fallout game anyways and Star field is on the way to cure everyone’s cravings for another proper BGS rpg.

These are the same guys who started the whole "paying for mods via a store" thing right?

I’m pretty sure you have voiced your opinion enough in this thread and it’s time for productive discussion.

Got my beta code from amazon this morning and redeemed on the website, can't download yet but Bethesda does make a point telling you to get ready by downloading their Bethesda launcher for the game, woo more launchers!

Now to cancel those orders ;)

I feel some you are over-analysing the shit out of this game. I'd hate to see the discussion once it's actually released

Sadly this is modern day social networks and the larger gaming community at their core. Drive by shit-posting. I can totally understand why so many developers close down their social media accounts for exactly the same reasons.
