join us! i need to practice
How is the full game? How are the new classes?
Balancing issues still apparent?
Well everyone seems to play the bloody samurai. Much easier to button mash due to quick attacks.
Ive used both.
Definitely better with controller mate.
Ill be on tonight mate
Just got myself a new rig, wanting to get a new game to test it out. This might be the game for it
Feel free to add me on UPlay guys: dork_knight82
Got a copy of this with my videocard and its pretty fun although I've only been playing against bots so far (gotta wait for the rest of it to download to play multiplayer)
I'll be on later tonight when its finished downloading
beta had 9, full has 12.
i see some random FPS drops in the menus and sometimes in game but mostly it's at 60fps.
will do. if we can get 4 ppl we can do a 2v2 brawl or team up to do 4v4 dominion or skirmish.
A team of 4 of us would be sick, you all use discord?
i do but the official "unofficial" OCAU discord server don't got a For Honor Channel.
if someone makes a separate server then ok no dramas
I inboxed you a discord link, if anybody else is keen hit me up.
that link expired
yup, controller is more intuitive for me at least. left control for guard mode is ridiculous.
had a good but short run with infamous on wednesday evening. servers were a bit shit as people kept rage quitting.
Special moves or whatever are never really explained properly
Are you supposed to combo the keys (like most games) EG LMB LMB RMB (think mortal combat)
Or, hit them with LMB, then press LMB RMB. Because the latter seems to be more consistent. Even though there's a special icon for "must hit" it seems you always have to hit the first one.
Will play more if people are in for a few rounds.
65% on steam reviews, and falling.
Disconnects and lag of Peer-to-peer only (no dedicated servers), bad keyb+mouse controls and the f2p cash shop model in a full price game are souring people pretty hard - showing similarities to Evolve (surprise surprise).
Yeah in retrospect I wouldn't recommend it for PC. Really disappointed how combos barely ever work, there's no consistency. Gotta stick to Dark Souls for a reliable dueler game.
When working pretty good but they have definitely underspeced the matchmaking system.
People are pretty keen to leave a lobby once they get slaughtered by some low level schlub.
Definitely not a test of skill with one player having a 0 ping but a bit of a laugh.
Peer to peer is cancer..
If only LAN parties still exist!
