lol most people at the start of early access could have been bored of it by now. And shiny new games season is right around the corner.

    You're probably right.

I am not impressed with battle royale.

I played a couple of rounds, definitely runs better than PUBG. The building element in the adds a new dimension. Will be playing more.

Thanks to Goose1981 for a copy of the game :D

If there's more people interested i'm willing to give the BR mode a try in a group cos solo sucks!

i'm more for a stable fps than a high fps. I'd rather have a smooth 60fps over an fps that fluctuates.

I don't understand.... people just keep team killing me (battle royale). It's a serious issue in squad play =\ Never had this issue in PUBG

Few hours of the battle royal this last night and it was way more fun than battlegrounds. probably because you spend less time worrying about that laggy door that looks closed but is really open and more time shooting people and building battle forts. Runs about 1000x better too.

Just like battlegrounds i cant play this solo, its to boring, but once you squad up with some mates its lots of fun. They need to add some holo/red dot sights around the map though.

This game is already way more polished than bgs. But has less features.

Its because the BR is free and no one cares about getting banned or reported on a free game.

Been playing fortnite and battle royal with a mate and his two kids. We use steam voip rather than ingame chat, since there is no chat outside of a game session.

Very decent game and the queues on BR are pretty quick. Runs great on low end hardware too.

That code isn't working anymore but found a green man gaming coupon online easy another 20% off so got it for $28.

But i didn't do enough research and want a refund, it's not persistent open world. Oh well was cheap.

That would actually be pretty cool even if it was just single player persistent world. Arma3 style engine with aliens and you have to go out and rescue survivors, steal tech, sabotage shit, defend and build up your small but growing base of humanity.

nah the guys i play with are always switching between overwatch and fortnight so easier to stick with the blizzard one. i found with discord i always have to fuck with my settings.

On a side note i finally managed to kill a squad that was on the stairway to heaven , they were running across the sky and i shot the floor out from under them, 4 little piggies came falling from heaven. looked so damn funny.
