What about the girl Shera or Sheba or whatever her name is?
why does it need an eeee noise?
cats like it
How do you know? Did you do a survey?
Widgie, that was ours last female cat.
My present cat is called "Lucy" Sounds like an ee.
read it somewhere
cat's also like higher pitches.
Or the name of my mums old cat, Meow Mien.
I like Lucy, but I'd call her Lucy Lastic, or go Lu-cyyyyyyyy all the time
Here are some terrible photos off the phone. The first ones are overexposed (as well as out of focus), they make her look lighter than she looks in real life. The last one is more her true colour when you look at her (yes, she is on the wrong side of the baby gate....)
Call her bob, because she looks kind of like a bob cat
edit: no i mean a lynx
That's the second cat I have called "Lucy"
Called our ginger short-hair "hobbes"
How about Smoky
She is gorgeous, sorry no ideas on names but just wanted to say how pretty she is
I called another cat I had "Susy"
Thanks, she's even prettier in real life, the horrible photos don't do her justice.
Dougie, I couldn't go with Susy because I'd keep singing "if you knew susy, like I know susy...." It has to be a name relatively devoid of pop songs, or other media things or I can't help myself.
That's fine. "Susy" was short for "Susanna"
What names are you tossing up with at the moment?
oh susanna, oh don't you cry for me, coz I come from alabama with a banjo on my knee....
Haven't got any on a shortlist yet. I should run down some names on the baby names' sites, get some more ideas. I'm focussed on getting her settled in and the others not going crazy about it.
