Got my phone about an hour ago. Looks awesome. So big compared to my HTC Incredible!

Still waiting on my microSIM from liveconnected though. Tracking says it was 'in transit' at a suburb 10 minutes away, at 5am this morning

I cut mine by hand, it is pretty easy. Just print out the template and use a ruler when you are cutting so you can't slip.

My HTC Incredible is absolutely shitting me.

I went through and deleted heaps of apps last night, SMS and pictures to try and stop the clunkyness of the interface.

Mine's in Alexandria, apparently, but tracking says:

2:19 pm Clearance delay - Import ALEXANDRIA AU

    Damn it.

    Edit: UGH.

Shipment not on list provided to Customs for clearance. FedEx will correct and resubmit.

You have to respect FedEx, their tracking, and more so the level of detail and disclosure in their tracking updates are second to none.

Anticipated ship date Feb 4, 2013
Estimated delivery Feb 8, 2013 by 5:00 PM
Assumes no delay to final delivery.

I thought this might happen! I ordered at 1pm so I suggest all the other guys in the same boat as me check their order because looks like they were just too swamped last week and have managed to process more today! Great monday for me, terrible for them! Plus something to look forward to on friday! Just wish I got it delivered to work instead of home, but I think someone will be there friday so hopefully I don't miss it.

Nightly, works perfectly and photosphere is included in gapps :D

Restored all my apps from my old S2 before i fell in the pool and all working perfectly, no crashes yet...

Firetruck this phone is FAST!!! Have been using a loaner HTC desire for the last couple of weeks so anything is a huge improvement from that.

Only issue so far is in regards to no physical buttons, so need to press power button to turn screen on then unlock, can get awkward and is a 2 handed job, on all my previous phones I could do this with 1, shouldn't take long to get use to edit: fixed this with turn on volume screen turn on
