Still waiting for mine (hopefully today) but on my RAZR HD I use Smart Screen On to swipe over the proximity sensor to switch on/off. For some reason though the free version of the app has been more reliable than the paid version.

Thinking of going from my Galaxy Note 1 to Nexus 4. The Sleep of Death issue on GN1 is annoying me now. Thoughts? Only thing I think that is holding me back is the 16gb with no additional memory.

Pretty keen to buy 2 more Orbs lol... >< I really shouldn't tho, $140 is a lot of cash. maybe 1 more...

Yeah - Pretty silly huh. It's on the N7 and N10, but not the phone .

I have it turned off (or rather set to portrait) 90% of the time, it's too slow from switching back to portrait when I accidentally tilt it to landscape. But a quick setting would be great so If I'm showing pics I can quickly set it to landscape.

I'm not here to discourage you... do an order and add 2 for me :p Missus banned me from doing an order of 5 even, though I got the US play store to accept my credit card.

There is one on ebay in QLD that has been bid up to 78.50 plus postage so you could make money on the spares.

My Nexus 4 died this arvo. It seems to be suffering from red light of death. I did have trouble waking it up a few times, but I thought it was caused by Light Flow. An app failed to update so I tried again and it worked, then plugged it into it's charger for a few hours and now all it wants to do is blink it's evil little red eye at me.

I can get into recovery mode, but the phone turns off no matter which option I chose. I called Google and they are sending a replacement. I won't be opening the new phone until the old one is marked as faulty because I can't afford another 400$. It's going to be a tense week. :tired: So far Google's customer service has been fantastic.

Why Friday night! The resistance are taking over and I can't help out now. =/

You can always come and visit Sydney, only 4 hours drive. :D

The savings will be eroded after paying for postage cost in Australia.

    Rought estimate.

    5x Nexus 4 Wireless Chargers = $300
    TNT/FedEx/DHL Express = ~$48 (3.5 lbs)
    Shiptoit Fee = $8.50

$356.50 / 5 = $71.30 each. Imagine having to pay for postage again... might as well buy it off ebay for $80-$90.

Don't forget $5 postage from google.

Also a single orb box weights 290G, so looking around $7 for local postage

All up was like $73 each for us. I don't think you can get it any other way for cheaper...

Note, my flat wireless charger cost around $70~ too.
