How do you keep your whole kitchen from being encased in grease from frying splatter? I have a splatterguard which can stop some of it, but you have to take the guard off to turn it over. I don't turn it up high, but you have to have it up enough or it isn't going to brown/fry. All I did was brown some chicken and the stove and stuff next to it is covered in a layer of grease. Aargh. Any recommendations for avoiding?
