if i had a tv card i would, but allas i am poor heh.

Twas a most perfect run, but it was more about my VCD set up, with only 10% power going to the front making it almost fr.

    samoo...
i think you should just make it the fastest lap time using non racing cars....
it don't look like lot of ppl are sticking to the rules that you have made.
get rid of the traction control and driver assit/street tyres rule.

The cars we're using are non racing cars. If you check in the corner, they should only either say 'tuning car' or 'normal car' and from all the screenshots I've seen, they are.
Seems to be working fine. People are sticking with the rules - besides it's an honour system so if you want to cheat then you're only cheating yourself.
No traction control, driver assist and sports tyres requires more skill IMHO.

    what do other people think?

personally i like the street tyres and no driver assists,
but I can put up an open class if people want. top 5 times in any non race car, any drivetrain, with any mods, and allowed to use driver assists?

btw, are u complaining about people using supercars such as the Zonda in the stock section? or just about tyre and driverassist rules possibly not being stuck to in the modified section?

instead of getting rid of our current ruleset, ill add an open class of times.

because i really enjoy the street tyre no assists competition.

if anyone has submitted times on race tyres, or using assists or using nos. please speak up so we can transfer your time from modified to open.

There is one more person who needs to come out straight about it...
there is absolutly no way one can shave off more then a sec off the lap time compared to the majority of other ppl when all are following the same rule..:thumbdn:
this is not a place for showing off..
it's just to gether information on what it can be done with in the guide lines of the rule which has been placed and have fun....meh... :thumbdn:

I guess that one person would be me eh? Just because you can't fucking hack that someone beat your time by nearly 1.5 seconds, doesn't mean you have to accuse them of not abiding the rules. Ever thought that maybe people are using better setups and/or have their car slightly more modded?

Sorry if your comment wasn't aimed at me, but I think that could apply to the person you're talking about.

    yeh yeh yeh...
    what ever...
this is meant to a fun competition....
not a bloody place to show off...
and if you think that im realy so wrong about thoughts on the lap times...
then go and have a look at other forums who are having similar competitions.... 54sec to 55sec seems to be the everage best lap times for the rule which we are following by....

How the hell am I showing off? Just because I can drive properly and get good times, doesn't mean I'm not following the rules. It was a flukey lap, I've tried getting faster, but I'm always about 0.2 seconds slower.

Now fuck off, just because I beat your time by 1.6 seconds, doesn't mean I'm cheating.

If you want, I'll even try record me getting a time close to that (53.3?)

ok all the new times have been added to open, and i had to rearrange the 4wd and FR modified when moving hibbas times.

if anyone sees that a time has been skipped, yell out. i think i mightve missed a time on 4wd modified, as theres a second diff each time between 1st 2nd and 3rd

Well, your previous reply did not mention anything about it NOT being me.

I'm a person, and I beat you by more than one second... sounds like you're talking about me.

BTW: I'll have a nice, beautiful, sexy video of me doing 53.080 by tomorrow.(Bro has camera ATM) No driving assists and Soft Sport tyres

calm down it's a game, not wrc or dtm

*competitions* like this are supposed to be friendly - as results cant be verified unlike real life

    btw,
1'06.2xx nievac modified Stagea 260RS (AWD) - will get a pic of a lap when the ps2 is free
Funky car to play around with, was running '10's stock and i've reached the limits of my tuning ability

EDIT2: samoo, can you change the name of the 4wd cat to AWD? cause 4wd just reminds me of landcruisers and prados :wired:
