I see no logic in your post.

EB is nearly always more expensive than JB Hi-Fi and Dick Smith. Try those instead.

Sarcasm? I thought that would have been obvious, considering I'm calling a platform dead yet a game only available on that platform topped the charts beating any other game from any other platform. Bit of a mouthful!

    Yeah.
Paid $48 through devs site themselves.. which is the easiest to get too.

Oh well, grats to Arenanet for such success.

So I am playing GW2 for the first time and I'm not used to having multiple servers as my main game is Eve. Any suggestions on which to join? I have tried out two world so far and both of them seem to drop out a lot.

Seems like a few people are asking for refunds over this hacking / banning of there accounts due to ingame behavior etc.

I asked on the forums about region blocking in accounts I would rather have china permanently blocked as well as other countries even attempting to logging into my account.

If needed they could also show people trying to login from other countries in a report even with the total region blocking.

Also if any of you have assigned your credit card to the game and have been hacked there are now reports that that the scammers are buying gems with peoples hacked accounts hundreds of dollars worth as there is no confirmation security, pin etc once in the game on buying stuff.

Once linked you can buy without any more confirmations etc and you currently cannot unlink your card.

their game really lends itself to be played on a console with a gamepad, what with the auto attack and only having 5 attacks.

would open up more sales for sure...

Oh fuck no. Keep your console shit out of my games. Every MMO that has had a console release ends up utter crap. It's fine the way things are.

Also, there are more than five abilities. You have ten. Plus several other vital keys (interact/dodge, at the least). Do any controllers have 12 buttons, discounting movement? (considering camera work is vital, trying to use it with stick would be hilarious, too).

That may not be a server problem...

Or you may be playing while they are doing updates which they do warn you that drop outs may occur.

I've played for days without drop outs on Stormbluff Isle.

Yeah i have to agree with you there. No doubt they will be seriously considering it or working on it. The game would work well with a gamepad.

So who's tried the plunge off diverse ledges? Little saddened when first try I landed on the rock. It appears to be part of the fun though:

Depends what station you need. The Armour-smith station I use in Lions Arch is right next to a Trading Post.

as a warrior whats a good profession to compliment my class? Or whats the point of a profession? Get better equipment or make more money on GW2s equivalent Auction house (does it have one? I take it thats what the trading post is?).
