WOW Hardcore classic wow.

Hey all, well, on the 24th iirc wow classic hard-core servers are released.

A way to experience vanilla once more albeit, tough with the 1 life thing. Will be quite an adventure.

Anyone else going to give this a crack ?

 

Pve or PvP?

 

After seeing some douchebag ruin 40 players' hardcore status by fucking up a 4 Horseman kill (and let's face it - getting to 13/15 Naxx40 after clearing all previous raids with no deaths is a pretty big deal), I don't think I can put my trust in anyone to actually try this XD

Plus, you know, I don't think I'm good enough

 

I think i will do Molten core.

Onyxia is dangerous due to deep breathe haha.

5 man dungeons is okay

May even do ZG.

but a boss where there is no escape, Nope....

I won't do BWL 2nd boss as that's guaranteed death to 2 or 3 people in the raid.

 

all PVP is OPT-IN you need to type /pvp to enable.

 

What about resing ?

 

you cannot res at all.

So i suggest putting any nice items in the bank/guild bank

You can res your pet if you are a hunter or warlock, but once you die, that is it!

really changes the dynamic of the game, and i think people will communicate better, help each other and think things through, so it could be a great experience.

 

I think I read in a blog somewhere (can't find the link, sorry) that for raid mechanics like Vael's, there's some kind of failsafe or something - after it runs out, you'll just be incapacitated/stunned for the rest of the fight

I'd be more concerned about C'Thun's eye beam destroying everyone after entering the room

according to comments on this video, when you get the burning adrenaline debuff on Vael , hearthstone is an instant cast and burning adrenaline debuff only works inside BWL, so you just end up home and having to be summoned back i guess.

I'm thinking about reactivating a couple days early to sort out my UI.

 

News about disconnects, griefing/trolls ect: in regards to death.

well, died twice now. Once at 18 and another time at 20 just now.

Done with it. Both deaths were due to others :/

Also, need Aussie servers, none of this 200 ping on HC
