Harvard's Science and Cooking: From Haute Cuisine to Soft Matter Science

As you guys have probably heard, Ferran Adria closed down El Bulli for a year while setting up Harvard's Science & Cooking Course. They've now put all the video's up on Youtube in a series of 12 x 2 hour episodes.

They really pulled out all of the stops with Harold McGee, Ferran Adria & José Andrés (ThinkFoodGroup, minibar, Jaleo), Joan Roca (El Celler de Can Roca), Bill Yosses (White House Pastry Chef), Carles Tejedor (Via Veneto), Enric Rovira, Grant Achatz (Alinea), Nandu Jubany (Can Jubany), Carme Ruscalleda (Sant Pau, Sant Pau de Tòquio), Wylie Dufresne (wd~50), Dan Barber (Blue Hill), David Chang (momofuku) all making an appearance.

That would be 24 hours I would have to spend looking at this thread! Is there a downloadable version, so that I can watch it on my iPad?

Any non itunes version for download? I can't watch/dl it on my away from home internets

Hah - i actually missed the bit that said they were 2 hours long and got 30 minutes into the first one!

Looks good though - I'll definately have to devote some time to them.

Probably a decent enough reason to get an Ipad?

Download Helper is a firefox plugin that also will let you grab the files from youtube.

if you download something like Real Player and view in IE you will get a little tab above the video asking you to download it.
