As you guys have probably heard, Ferran Adria closed down El Bulli for a year while setting up Harvard's Science & Cooking Course. They've now put all the video's up on Youtube in a series of 12 x 2 hour episodes. They really pulled out all of the stops with Harold McGee, Ferran Adria & José Andrés (ThinkFoodGroup, minibar, Jaleo), Joan Roca (El Celler de Can Roca), Bill Yosses (White House Pastry Chef), Carles Tejedor (Via Veneto), Enric Rovira, Grant Achatz (Alinea), Nandu Jubany (Can Jubany), Carme Ruscalleda (Sant Pau, Sant Pau de Tòquio), Wylie Dufresne (wd~50), Dan Barber (Blue Hill), David Chang (momofuku) all making an appearance.
