Tried that. Still struggle to get over 60fps with 2600 and RTX2070
I wasn't aware but they are happy with Steam monopolising and price gouging? I'd be interested to see some credible sources on such comments!
I know "9-inch nails" said something to that affect;
Multiple devs saying same thing. Essentially people steal CC, buy key, sell to G2A. Person who's card was stolen has bank reverse charge so dev has to refund the $ to the bank yet person still gets game. (Even if they dont absorb the cost, it takes time and effort to deal with the disputes = $$)
Pirate = They get no $
G2A = Potentially they lose $
Will keep this in mind, never bought from G2A and definitely would do what I can as a customer to support these developers.
I would assume that cdkeys falls into the same category? I am guilty of buying a total of two games from them: COD BLOPS 2 and Dirt Rally 2.0.
I think they are better as they arent essentially an ebay for cd keys like G2A. They control sale of their keys, so likely obtained non-illegally but possibly against EULA's?
I think they bulk buy in weak economies and resell in strong in some cases.
I know Green Man Gaming is 100% legit.
Fuck me, you guys living under a rock
Videos of Jim going off about this shady as fuck company have been posted all of this forum. I have posted at least one myself.
Fck me dead
New update is excellent
Had a great time playing 3 or 4 hours over the weekend and also a shit time.
You really need a good squad, who all use comms, to get the most out of this game. It sucks when you are in a squad that just solos.
Got this game about 3 weeks ago now and starting to really love it.
Currently my new favourite FPS, and working in teams is really fun. The most recent patch fixed some of the performance issues, but I’m still managing to run it on my pc which isn’t the most powerful gaming pc really, fine.
Still getting my head around all the roles and nodes etc but overall this game has so much potential. It’s really great working with complete strangers over comms to get the job done.
