I currently use Horde as my webmail option though am not overly familiar with it other than basic use.

It's Ok and seemed a little better than roundcube when I tried that one. Mayeb it was just the visuals..
Having said that I'd happily use change to roundcube if it's better for my usage.

People will be familiar with how easy it is to change between viewing various gmail accounts - just click at the top right and select the account which it opens in a new tab, while not logging out of the current email account.

Is it possible to do similar in either Horde or roundcube?

At the moment I need to log out of the 'main' webmail account and then log into and out of each of my other webmail accounts on my domain to see whether people have sent stuff there. Frankly it's a PITA.

Can webmail accounts (name@mydomain.com.au) be easily linked to an online email setup like Zoho?
Can the webmail accounts (name@mydomain.com.au) be accessed via outlook / thunderbird etc ?

Just wanting to simplify this as much as possible please.

    im pretty savvy with cpanel
is it all in 1 hosting account?
login & go to email accounts, look for default account
Opera Snapshot_2019-09-04_133226_cpanel.nelsonbaycomputers.net.png go check mail, in horde you can see all accounts in folder actions

also in accounts look for manage
this shows you imap & pop 3 settings
works in outlook, windows live mail, thunderturd
thunderturd is the easiest setup, basically 2 clicks

You. Coz you called it thunder turd lol

I'm astounded thunderbird doesn't have an android app.. That's a loss in cross platform use. I presume it doesn't have an ios app either.

I'd say they just don't have the developers available. Quite a lot of effort to maintain something long term on two fast-changing mobile platforms.

Of course. It should support POP3, SMTP, IMAP over SSL/TLS, etc - instructions should linked inside your cpanel somewhere in the email accounts area.
