How much power does a dremel use.

    I’ve checked the dremel website no power levels.

    I’ve got to dremel some holes in the dash and solder up some connections and cause I can’t be bothered to run an extension cord out one at to use a can sized inverter rated to 150w/300w peak. My soldering iron is 15-40w so that’s easy. Pretty sure a dremel should be under 150w just making sure really.

    As a bonus can just leave stuff in car instead of packing it up.

    I think the beefiest of the dremels is rated at about 170 or 180W.

    Yea bit more research bunnings has a 130w model and a generic 170w model. So I should be good long as I don’t push it to hard. Just
