In case I have not explained this correctly, I want to print each booklet page to a single A4 page.

    Cheers

Adobe pro should make it easy.

Years ago i digitised a stack of magazines:

Split the pages (might have done a fancy 1 page to 2 print to PDF here)
Split into seperate even and odd page documents,
Reverse the even page document order
Merge the 2 documents back into one file.

That's far more meaningful - in the top right hand corner you have Page View or Fit to page in Edge which will change the page output display.

If you want greater control then DL the file (PDF) and open it in the viewer. At the moment it is Edge in control which gives you the basic rudimentary functions for reading a PDF file (it's purpose is to be a browser not a PDF Reader). You could get some add-on to enhance Edge's PDF functionality (I wouldn't bother as it could also expose security risk) but if you DL the file you will have far greater control in Adobe.

Importantly idiot your showing a locally stored file that is being opened in Edge but yet you have Adobe Pro. Why is it opening in Edge?

Right click on that file and Open with>>Choose another app (if Adobe isn't the Default)>>tick the box that says Always use this app to open .pdf files. From that point on Adobe should be opening any and all PDF files as expected and then have the feature rich functions of that application.

Now that we can see the whole scenario we can provide meaningful advise - we can see the big picture as such and I am not an arse, I am however a very talented technician and maybe an anally retentive geek!

Not looking to change page display, trying to split the PDF single page into two pages

That is good to know, cheers

Really?! you put my name in bold? who's a clever little ass.. It's opening in edge as I have not set adobe to be the default, fresh installation that still a bit rough.

Pretty good at opening a file with adobe pro, not terribly good at editing a file with adobe pro. hence why I am here

The whole scenario? You realise you have not actually assisted me in any way what so ever. You may be a talented technician and an anally retentive geek, though I not seen anything that might support that theory.

Oh and I called you an ass, not an arse

That looks like the sort of thing I was hunting for, added to my little collection of programs. Cheers

That was just perfect, never expected it to be that easy. Cheers

    Thanks OCAU
