    Hi folks.

I would like to play a DVD via the DVD drive in my desktop, and stream it to my netbook so I can enjoy the DVD from my garden.

I run linux on the desktop and netbook, so would like to use open source apps, if possible. Any help or tips would be appreciated. The only info I can find seem to involve commercial apps, for streaming to Android OS.

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks power. I figure that at the very least, I will need some type of server/client app.

Still investigating, if I ever find a solution, I will update this thread.
