HTC One M9 (AKA Hima)

Have never really got into the dot cases, but i think i will grab the black when i grab this phone.
Wish it would get announced in the shops.

Honestly dead happy with my M8. can't see any reason for me to change.

 

I have to admit I am a tad bit worried about this generation of devices which are using the Snapdragon 810. Reports of overheating and thermal throttling and this early benchmark from Anandtech (here: http://www.androidauthority.com/qualcomm-snapdragon-810-benchmark-no-overheating-587303/) do not inspire confidence.

I will wait for the benchmarks to come out before making my decision. My gf wants an M9, but I am open to something else. I'll wait and see what Sony and LG does then i'll make a decision.

Im happy with my M7, however its getting a little long in the tooth.
Contract is up in June, so hopefully another phone gets released thats better

Most of the people with test units are saying the heat is no issue now.

I will be lining up for mine as soon as they are available.

ah right well yes in that case Id be lined up too. Personally though as an M7 and then M8 owner, I find the M9 to not be enticing enough to be lining up for it at release. M7 owners may be more tempted, and of course if you have a broken handset at the moment that seals the deal as well.

M8 owner, not a big enough update for me. Very incremental.

 

I owned an m7, now have a one plus one, might u/g to an m8 when they drop in price as I love cyanogen... The only issue is that their Camera is poxy unless you have the HTC rom :-(
