    Hi guys,

Moving into a new place soon and looking at re-doing things altogether.

My current HTPC is running Windows 7 and has served it's purpose over the years streaming MKVs, DVIs, FLACs etc over the years from my main PC.

Looking at purchasing a better solution without costing an arm or a leg.

Considering an i3 NUC with SSD at this stage to save some space and power.

Would love to be able to stream music off my Android phone as well if that's all possible.

    Any advise is good!

That's not far short price of a Sonos Connect as well... For ease of use and simple setup.

I'm looking for a similar setup.

Currently considering an Odroid XU4 running OpenELEC / Kodi / Spotify. The XU4 is a single board PC that uses minimal power, has USB3, gigabit lan and decent processing power. Can get cheaper boards like the Odroid C1, or the raspberry pi 2, but they have USB2, 100 lan and slower CPUs.
