I've had a couple of these. I had one last year in the states at burger king. They're really not that big. They're a small diameter burger and probably have just as much meat as a double quarter pounder.

Also, they're delicious :D minus the bacon and with ketchup instead of bbq sauce of course.

I'm thinking of taking the double-quad stacker challenge tomorrow.

How has everyone else been enjoying their stackers?

The guys at work have been going on about these all today. I don't know if I want to try one.

Beyond the meat and bun, what is there?

Quite funny how they crucify HJ's over their decision to sell it.
How about some fucking self control from consumers?

edit: ill be giving one a go :D

I will hit one of these for sure, had one in Canada and was an easy eat and didnt make me feel dirty at all. As far as I am concerned quad stacker = double whopper = double quarter = full english breakfast. All are bad but as long as they arent a daily event they're fine.

If you want a heart attack side, look up poutine fries that they serve them with in canada ;)

I mean you could do much worse if you ordered a pounder from Maccas. As always, media is blowing it out of proportion.

All the burgers are grilled so it must be good for ya!

I dont understand why hungryjacks.com.au says nothing about this .. and i dont watch a lot of TV, so it if wasnt for the press I probably wouldnt know of, or have had an opportunity to try one.

Why have a go at HJs for promoting such a "monstrosity", when for me at least it doesnt seem like they're hitting it heavy at all? Of course I could be wrong about the TV thing, but there are several articles circulating the australian media at the moment and they all say basically the same thing.

really seems like an article you'd get on news.com.au, they always write shit like this

I'd have more fun betting money on how quickly the fatties can wolf it down.

Normally I wouldn't eat such crap, but after the negative press I will be more than happy to provide Hungry Jacks with some revenue for making me an ultra fatty, "politically incorrect" burger.

Fast food restaurants make fast food. When are these dumb fucks going to get off their fat asses and do some exercise instead of blaming everyone else for their tub of fat backsides?

I had a quad stack, about this time last week. A few days later, I hadn't seen them at another HJ location, so I figured they must be a new thing.

Not too bad, in terms of the artery clogging meat per dollars equation.

I've never done the pounder or two pounder maccas challenge - so I was surprised to see this as a menu item. I took a pic of it before tucking into it on my phone cam, I'll upload it later. It really doesn't look that big. If it were made with quad whopper patties, that might be something to boast about.

Man I'm loving HJ's, making all the bold moves while Maccas pusses out. I don't go to a freaking take away joint to get a salad - I go for epic fatz!

My poor body's been through probably a dozen Ultimate Double Whoppers. If you haven't tried one of those, do yourself a favour and hook that shit up, so good. So very, very good.
