What are ppl paying for their ribs?
My butcher has racks of "USA pork ribs" most of the time for $18-19.
I haven't asked exactly what cut they are.

    About the same here really.

I can get the ones without much meat for 12-16/kg.

Sometimes I get belly instead for 10-14/kg.

I think if I was paying 18 I'd want really meaty ones.

The butcher near my house charges more than $35/KG for pork ribs.
Needless to say I will NOT be buying them there.

Asian butchers tend to be A LOT cheaper if you got a nearby Asian retail shopping strip.

I was in Bankstown last month and the Asian butcher had pork ribs. Don't know the exact cut but it looked like they were selling a full rack of spare ribs for $8/KG.
