    Got an i7 920, Asus P6T-D and 6GB of gskills PC1066 ram, will post pics and whatnot when I get home on the 31st.... can't wait :weirdo::thumbup: It smells..... soooooo goood. :D

    Yeh I LOVE that new hardware smell! I am sitting here next to a brand new ASUS N10 and it's stinking gorgeous!

    Don't know what that "new hardware smell" actually is but it smells awesome!

    For a while there when I was working in desktop support for a few years I actually got sick of that smell. That's when I knew it was time to get out!:p

    I find it's usually the smell of fresh PCB and silicone that gives it that awesome tang. :)

    well i have just found out they have sold me 1333mhz ram, not 1600mhz like i paid for.

    So i have to go back tomorrow and get my ram...

    Sorry Eva , all respects to you and your work but poaching players sux . Most members here would not have the extreme power to improve your world rankings anyway , you could ask the few extremists here if they want to change teams but I think most that want to would have already done so .

    OT- thats a bummer hootie , get onto them about it asap.

    All i7 owners , if you bench your rigs could you get your scores into the ranking threads so we can see how much of a gain we get from these cpus ?

    nah he didn't send it....he sold it to me over the counter like that...i didn't even check...so partly my fault...

    but a pain now...lose an hour going there and back...
