    don't underestimate OCAU folks and their potential, quite a few noob/beginners started out on i4memory team and with all they learnt and soaked up the info/tip juices, they're now good enough to hang with the power high end oc'ers :)



    Yeah had that happen to an order i made before Xmas - took me 3 days to find out the i was missing something - luckily the retailer understood :)

    i only found out now when i tried to overclock and it wouldn't even do stock speeds...

    then saw 1333C9 on the side...

    ahh well tomorrow i will pwn :)

    well heres the new setup 920,X58-DS4,3GB corsair 1333mhz stuff also got the case. still using my 8800 GT in it tho :tongue: waiting for the new GTX295 to come out. also gotta cut some holesaws in the case near the psu for some better cable management!

    Edit: ok so i overclocked a bit got it too 3600mhz did a 3dmark06 run with one 8800GT slighty overclocked with me E8300 at 3600 i got 13k with this i got 14800! hehe i love this cpu already

    Enjoy I did. Wow...awesome rig. Heaps of fun there!

    I'll be going for a similar MB, CPU, HSF with 6GB's 1333Mhz RAM rather than 3GB's of 1600Mhz RAM, but won't push for the lofty heights of 4Ghz...a measly 3.4 or 3.6 will be sufficient for me...:)

    One question...

    is it loud? That's a lot of fans!

    it's relatively loud...but i wear headphones....and have loud speakers...
