IE open Blank page

    Hi Guys,

    When I click on .doc attachment in IE it opens a blank page I have reset IE cleared cookies uninstalled and reinstalled still no good.

    I even down graded from IE 11 to IE 10 what could be causing this issue.

    PS. I have added the site in trusted sites as well.

    you need to change your file associations from IE to Word

    reset the browser completely in settings.

    Internet Options>Advanced>Reset, check the "delete personal settings box as well for good measure".

    Restart your PC, try again.

    Stupid question but do you have Word installed? If so try doing a repair.
