Wife and I both have 8's, both running the same carrier FW (Telstra). Sometimes when we are at home, my iphone will drop connection and I'll only have SOS and she would have full signal. When I check the Telstra homepage, turns out there's an intermittent network issue, but what would cause my iphone to drop and her's to be fine?

My battery on my iPhone 6s has been pretty horrible (bought it 2nd hand off a mate a while back, and I recently just switched back to iPhone after another stint on Android). Have to put it on charge several times a day as the battery goes down quite quick (even for light usage). Upgraded it to 11.3 today and battery health is 79%. I ended up getting a iPhone X yesterday anyway to replace the 6s, so I'll have the battery replaced in the 6s and give it to Nan as she is still stuck on the iPhone 5.

iOS needs a few GB to unpack the update AFAIK.....try freeing up some more space.

    Apparently it needs zero kb...

Hard reset of the phone and it updated. No idea what its issue was.

So is mine, is this something I should be concerned about and perhaps get the battery replaced?

geebus! that's definitely an alarm bell. Minimum you should contact their support line and see what they say.

I just did a chat with them and asked them about my 88% battery health, and they said it's nothing to worry about. They said that IF it needed replacing, it should say it

have you noticed any degradation in performance? few people on whirlpool complaining that it throttles massively after a few mins on intensively gameplay (e.g. Final fantasy)... I can't imagine that would be good for the battery either

Given I have ~10 different bluetooth devices I connect to regularly I shall be holding off on the upgrade until this is somewhat resolved.
