Oh and contestants ... don't forget to PM your entrants vote to Ma Baker using the following format:

    3 points: xxx
    2 points: yyy
    1 point: zzz

You can't vote for yourself in the contestants vote.

I decided this should be a winner takes all public vote, as there were only four entries. Since you can't vote for yourself and all, there's not that much choice...
We had a winner takes all public vote with five entries in a previous round, so I figure that this should be the same.

I've never seen this before and I'm blow away by the entries.

Are you all culinary professionals or is it just a hobby that you are amazingly good at?

Hobby for me, too. I still have heaps to learn!!
I love that about food - you can never really know it all. But even if you know only a little bit, you can still create some really good meals.

Well, the poll has closed and voting is over. Congratulations to GLoLiTe for winning Iron Chef June and is now the new OCAU Iron Chef! :)

Will have to confirm dates and stuff for the next one, but GLoLiTe will get to pick that ingredient!

Congratulations Glolite, a worthy winner. Excellent effort considering it was your first time cooking duck!

I can give you a better idea of when that will be now, just needed to confirm first. Our next OCAU Iron Chef will not be held until August/September, owing to the annual OCAU Bake-Off challenge to be held at the end of July. So, hang on to that ingredient idea you have, GLoLiTe!

@AH: Here's hoping you can make a fantastic dessert in the bake-off! :)
