    This kinda sucks for the people who put their entries in on time. The others can see them and then just add something little to it to make it better.

    You can't be slow/late being a Chef, the customer will piss off and gordan ramsey will come and close the kitchen down :p

    will be making this afternoon and posting before midnight tonight. grabbing the final ingredients tonight. going to make my own bases, sauce, and was planning on making my own mozzarella but lost motivation haha.

    i have no idea what IBU is, im just an engineer who loves to cook (for friends family and anyone else). was researching cheese making a while back (because all my mates do beer, so i figured i could make the dried meats and cheese!

    i.e. also looking into making my own jerky and pepperoni stuff... YUM!

    bah, stuff it, im walking down to the cabbage tree markets now and getting my ingredients!

I was going to make a "leftover pizza" recipe thread based on pics I took a week or so ago but here we are having an Iron Chef and ohgodohgod I need a photo with my name on it (runs around screaming)

    Man, I got my shit together and made my pizza Sunday night after all day learning about Strategic Finance Issues (fucking MBA better be worth it!) only to find I could've taken a few extra days to do it. I knew I wouldn't do it til the last minute anyway, and the banana's would've gone crappy by then anyway, so I whipped it up by original close! All the pizza's look damn fine, especially that handsome doug81's entry...:D
