I was thinking about making it a multi option poll, but then someone who chooses two pizzas as opposed to one gets twice the vote as the usual person, so... I guess you're going to have to pick one.

hmmmm, next time i think I might just go and buy a meat pizza with bbq sauce from dominos and enter that. seems to be what people like

either that, or chuck a steak and a roast chicken on a pizza base

 

My vote goes to Mrs Dan77 followed by Agg with Third going to Csimpson,
third was hard for me to decide it was close as I also like Zzapped’s and Sormujai’s.

 

Well the fact we can't taste them is a given, but besides PoMo's, we don't even know what exactly is in them. csimpsons looks nice, but what is in it? What's in die_piggys pizza?
edit: Whats the chilli count in any of them?
Without that info, and only voting for visual appeal, I'd go for Zzappeds. But any pizza with capsicum and chilli would beat that in flavour alone.

I somewhat resigned myself to defeat when I didn't take any photos of the making of

It's a homemade base, made extra doughy, with pepperoni, salami, bacon, egg, rocket and pineapple, on homemade tomato sauce (very rich, of course)

 

The pineapple I was willing to overlook, the eggs and rocket I am not. I was hoping the dried up leafy things were some type of herb, not sad cooked rocket.
Eggs? Hell no!
edit: You could have told me there was capsicum, onion, chllies or olives on there. All the pizzas I like have at least those things. You resigned yourself to defeat when you didn't incorporate any of them. The pizza game is one of adding toppings, not ommiting crucial ingredients dear sir!

 

I had Spanish onion, chillies and capsicum on the Satay Chicken pizza I cooked the same night

P.S Can't be an Aussie pizza without egg and pineapple

 

Should of entered that one , those ingredients taste awesome when put under a grill which is why I like them on a pizza. You get my vote for being the only chef replying and for a good sport over the matter. I can overlook the eggs, rocket and pineapple knowing you made another good pizza on the night.
PS pineapple makes dodgey pizzas, AKA "hawaiian", if you thought aussie = eggs, why did you forgo beetroot I wonder how real fresh beetroot would go on a pizza?

Mine is made with 7 cups of flour
600g sausage
850g tomatoes
500g cheese

 

Damn, I should've entered my other pizza by the looks of the results! chorizo, mushroom and king prawn pizza!

 

That sounds bloody awesome!
Anyone tried a creamy one, I'm thinking zuchinni or artichoke, with capsicum, feta and chicken. With a habanero sauce (just a little bit in with the base).

My regular favourite is a tomato sauced based one with pepperoni, ham, capsicum, onion, kalamata olives, japalenos, a smoked chilli sauce, with heaps of havarti cheese.

 

You should have sormuijai I would have voted for that

People may enter a single pizza only, or a meal in which pizza is the main component.
