The person who chooses the ingredient for the next round will be the winner from the peer (secret) voting.

As mrs dan77 has been pretty busy as promised I'm starting a thread for the voting of this April's Iron Chef. Voting will last for 7 days.

This month we're trialling 2 different voting systems. The first one is where entrants to the competition only vote in a secret voting that has been done via my pm box. We're not giving the results of that voting until the voting on this poll, which is the second voting is finished.

At the end of the voting each of the winners will earn the title of Iron Chef until the next Iron Chef is run.

Good luck to all of our contestants and apologies to mrs dan77 if I haven't done it quite like you had intended.

On to the entrants. The Entries Only thread can be found here. As you can see the standard is pretty high. Congratulations go to all of our members, they're all deserving winners.

If anyone would like their image changed please send me a link and I'll get it updated asap. It has to be one that has been used in the thread though.

Amfibius presentation is always great, but I think I like what glasnt has produced so I think I'll be voting that way.

Mmmm! They were there, I removed the /thumb so that they would be large images but it doesn't like that.

You should have pm'ed me as I hadn't subscribed to the thread. I've done so now.

A very cruel thread. I wont say who I voted for BUT I can say it has taken me about 1hr to decide on my winner.

Needless to say all entries have been shamelessly stolen, printed out then added to our recipe folder :).

This needed to be a multiple entry poll.

Didn't even vote for yourself G|itch?

I was actually winning early on, and I'm close to last too. Oh well, I'll still be entering the next one, this was fun.

Hi guys, I have been away for a few days. Just received some terrible news and I might be either away even longer, or moping around OCAU trying to keep my mind off things :(

Thanks to everyone who has voted for me.

I know that if I win, I get the right to name the theme for the next iron chef challenge. But if it's OK with everyone i'd like to pass that to the runner-up.

    So sorry guys.

Aw man, I hope the 'We love Amfibius' Cooking' banner stays dry long enough so it's still up when you return.

    :(
